The thriving town of Banchory lies 17 miles west of the City of Aberdeen in the beautiful valley of Royal Deeside, and amongst the foothills of the Grampian mountains.  An expanding commuter town, it is easily accessible from Aberdeen with its International Airport, Rail and Coach links.  Banchory is also a popular holiday resort and is well supplied with Hotel, Shops, Sporting facilities and Services to meet almost every need.

The Dance Centre was opened in November 2001 and is located on the Hill of Banchory.  This development by The North Banchory Company Limited, emerging from the pine forests adjacent to the town, is to provide nearly all of its residential, commercial, educational and community requirements.  The Dance Centre is the first phase of a leisure development which is planned to accommodate many of the leisure and recreational needs of the area.

The Dance Centre is proud of its state of the art, fully equipped studios with Harlequin flooring, mirrors and barres.  The centre includes a dancewear shop, complemented by our own costume and dancewear designer, male and female changing facilities, administration office, kitchen and onsite car parking.
